We are open to work with established as well as upcoming developers with a recognisable local brand, marketing reach and relationships with financial institutions.

We leverage the best practices from our investments across different geographies and with different developer partners to create value for all.

Our view of relationships is 'longer term' and we look to extend partnerships beyond the transactional. We are nimble, flexible and can be efficient in our decision process. We work hard to make our investments work, so our investments work harder for both of us.

How, when and where we invest

Pragnya invests with developers and managing partners undertaking development of residential, commercial and industrial warehousing/industrial parks in the suburbs of metros, Tier - II and Tier - III cities of India (except NCR and Mumbai) and Sri Lanka.

Pragnya invests under the regulations governing foreign direct investments in India and the appropriate regulations governing investments in Sri Lanka.

Pragnya reflects a preference to invest at the early stages – including as required, land acquisition and project conceptualization. We remain open to reviewing investments in projects across different stages of the development cycle depending on the risk return profile.
